By using the quiet moon and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and plain.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. We do our best to keep product details, prices and availability accurate. If an error means we cannot fulfil an order at the listed price, we will contact you and offer a fix or a full refund before charging or shipping.

Availability and shipping

Products are sourced from specialist suppliers and availability is confirmed before dispatch. The dispatch note on each product describes supplier processing time. Carrier delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping service.

Natural materials

Many pieces are natural stone and handmade, so colour, size and markings vary from one to the next. This variation is part of their character and is not a fault.

Payment and returns

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Returns and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refunds policy.
