Shipping, without the guesswork

Available items usually leave our specialist supplier within 1 to 2 business days. Carrier travel time varies by destination and selected service. Shipping is currently available to Canadian addresses.

Supplier dispatch

We confirm availability before an item is sent. Most in-stock pieces are prepared for dispatch within one to two business days.

Delivery timing

Carrier delivery time depends on your address and shipping service. We do not publish a made-up arrival date before the carrier has the parcel.

Tracking and updates

Tracking is provided once an order has been dispatched. If availability changes before dispatch, we will contact you with the available options.

Free shipping threshold

Orders of $75 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Below that, standard shipping is $6.90 CAD.

A note on natural materials

Crystals and stones are natural, so colour, size and formation vary from piece to piece. Small differences from the photographs are a sign you are holding something real, not a flaw.
