Returns & Refunds

We source through specialist suppliers and want you to feel confident in what arrives. Here is how returns work.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it quickly. You will not pay return shipping in these cases.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is covered by you. Please email us first so we can share the return address.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return or confirming a replacement is not needed. Original shipping is non-refundable except where an item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel for a full refund any time before your order has dispatched.
